- Day 2 (Amazon): flight, night river wildlife tour
- Day 3 (Amazon): Lake Sandoval, canopy walk
- Day 4 (Amazon): Lake Gamitana/farm, hacienda conception (herbs and plants)
- Day 5 (Sacred Valley): butterfly house, flight, Awanacancha, Pisac market
- Day 6 (Sacred Valley): rock climbing/zip lining, Maras salt pans, Moray Inca terraces
- Day 7 (Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu): Ollantaytambo fortress, train ride, explore Machu Picchu, explore Aguas Caliente market
- Day 8 (Machu Picchu): hike Wayna Picchu, Inca bridge hike, train
- Day 9 (Cusco): Incan ruins (temple of the sun), San Pedro market and shopping
- Day 10 (Lima): flight, museum of contemporary art, walk around Miraflores and Barranco area, walk around city center

Other Tips
- Get over 30% DEET bug spray and spray clothes with permethrin before the trip if you are going to the rainforest
- Be prepared for clothes to get dirty in the amazon and you won’t be able to re-wear clothes
- Weather varies anywhere from 80 degrees during the day to the 40’s at night- wear/bring layers and a rain coat
- Many hotels and places do not have A/C and can get very hot and/or humid
- Public restrooms don’t have toilet paper so carry some tissues with you
- Cusco is noisy!- even in your hotel room, people are out all night honking, etc.
- Get altitude medication and malaria medication before you go + any vaccines you might need
- American’s shouldn’t drink the water in Peru. This means you should avoid any fresh fruit or vegetables (salads, apples, etc.) because they are washed with water.
